RETURN POLICY

ONLINE ORDER (NON-CUSTOMIZED) RETURNS AND SHIPPING POLICIES

Please email  MANAGEMENT@ALMAMATERDESIGN.COM within 10 days of purchase to receive a return authorization number. If the return is authorized, the package must be in transit to Alma Mater within 14 days of purchase.

Item(s) must be in original condition, not worn and include all the original tags/sticker/labels. The buyer will be responsible to procure and pay for the return shipping of the item(s) to Alma Mater. If they are getting an exchange vs. a refund, the shipping of the exchange item will also be at the buyer’s expense. (We strongly recommend buyers get adequate insurance and tracking information for the return shipment. Items damaged, broken or lost in return transit are buyer’s responsibility and are subject to loss of refund). Unauthorized returns and items returned in a damaged condition will not be accepted. ALL CLEARANCE/SALE ITEMS AND SPECIAL/CUSTOM SHERZEY ORDERS ARE FINAL AND NON-RETURNABLE.

Once the authorized return has arrived at Alma Mater, the condition of the item(s) will be inspected. If the item(s) is in the original condition with all original tags/labels/stickers, Alma Mater will initiate the return or exchange. If a return, it will be processed back to the same card used to purchase the order. Online items CANNOT be returned past 14 days from original purchase.

Once and order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please note we do no allow cancellation of an order due to shipping delays, unless it is 1 month past the expected arrival date.

We will make every effort to get your order out as fast as we can, but please be advised most non-custom orders should ship within 5 business days. We are a small, family-owned and operated business and while we make every effort to avoid them, shipping delays are possible.
