Compensation

Company shall pay Student-Athlete $8 per shirt from either on-line or in store purchaces. All Royalty payments owed to the Student-Athlete will be made within thirty (30) days of the last day of each calendar quarter of which Company receives payment of the Royalties. If, however, Company receives the Royalty payments less than thirty (30) days prior to the last day of a calendar quarter, then Company shall pay the athlete within one (1) month of its receipt of same. Student-Athlete hereby authorizes Company to receive payment of the Royalties directly on behalf of the Student-Athlete prior to making the payments to the Student-Athlete as noted herein above. Student-Athlete’s Royalty payments shall be made either through Venmo or PayPal, in accordance with the Student-Athlete’s payment information below: Venmo/PayPal Username:

Services

Services: In consideration of Student-Athlete entering into this Agreement, Company agrees to: (a) use its best efforts to procure opportunities allowing the Student-Athlete to benefit from his/her NIL; (b) act in good faith and in the best interests of the Student- Athlete; and (c) abide by applicable federal and state law, along with NCAA and institutional rules and policies, in sourcing NIL opportunities for the Student-Athlete.

Grant of Rights:

Student-Athlete hereby grants and assigns Alma Mater the nonexclusive right, privilege, and license to use of the Student-Athlete’s name, nickname, initials, caricature, picture, image, likeness, jersey number in combination with University of Florida and/or Company marks.

Student Athlete Obligation

Student-Athlete agrees to, and shall execute and deliver without any additional compensation, any further documents and perform such other and lawful acts as Company may reasonably require to fully secure Company’s rights or interests herein or to otherwise carry out the intent of this Agreement.

No Endorsement

Student-Athlete and Company understand and agree that the use of Features does not constitute or imply an endorsement of Company in any way by Student- Athlete, and this Agreement does not prohibit Student-Athlete from entering into other agreements with other companies involving uses of Student-Athlete’s Features.
